AGREEMENT OF SALE
BREEDER AND PURCHASER HEREIN AGREE:
- That all pups are to be sold in excellent health and
with first set of shots only. It is recommended that the purchaser have the
pup checked by their own veterinarian to confirm health and to arrange rabies
shots as well as boosters according to their veterinarian’s schedule. (at
about 11 weeks of age.)
- Upon mutual agreement and dog/bitch found to have a
major congenital eye or hip disorder within 30 months of date of birth, the
breeder will refund the purchase price of that pup after it has been returned
to the breeder at the purchaser’s expense.
- Any dog may be reclaimed by Goldenghost Kennels
upon refunding the purchase price where it may be reasonably suspected that
the dog/bitch has been neglected, mistreated or subject to conditions not
suitable to its physical or mental wellbeing.
- No dog/bitch will be bred prior to 24 months of age and
having all the necessary eye, hip, and other certification required prior to a
litter being produced.
